Bracelet Production Specialist

Location: Head Office - Mississauga

Availability: Full-time

Job description:

The Bracelet Production Specialist is responsible for production of our gemstone bracelet collection.The perfect fit for this role is someone who loves to work hands on with tedious materials, is attentive to detail, extremely organized, uses their time efficiently, and has a take charge initiative.

Day to day:

50% - Product Production

Cut elastic for bracelets
Beading bracelets
Design new bracelet styles

40% - Product Related Processing

Stock allocation + splitting
Counting stock
Tagging jewelry
Beading supply management

10% - Strategy Planning + Administrative Tasks

Assist with planning for bracelet launches for lives + online launches
Regularly collaborate with creative department to drive bracelet collection success
Provide customer support via phone + chat
Attend and participate in weekly strategy meetings

Requirements

Must be able to work well with their hands
Strong attention to detail and quality
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Has great time management skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Google Suite, Word, Outlook), and Apple Macbook OS.
Ability to multi-task and set priorities under time constraints
Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to oversee product launch dates and important sales
Possesses a team player attitude
