Catalyst Rewards - Crystal Credits Terms and Conditions
When you enroll in The Catalyst Crystal Credits program, you are opting into receiving marketing emails and communications from our brand.
CRYSTAL CREDITS have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
When you redeem CRYSTAL CREDITS on a purchase, the value of the credits will be applied against the total purchase price, excluding applicable taxes and fees.
CRYSTAL CREDITS redeemed on a purchase are non-refundable. If you choose to return an item where you redeemed
CRYSTAL CREDITS, you will be refunded for the price paid after applying the discount.
Membership in the Program is available to any Canadian or US resident who is the age of majority in his or her jurisdiction of residence and is legally capable of entering into the Program and provides valid and accurate personal information when enrolling
CATALYST CREDITS can be manually applied to your account within 30 days if a transaction was not synced to your account at checkout. Order number is required.
In the event of a return/exchange, CATALYST CREDITS earned will be automatically adjusted from the CATALYST CREDIT balance.
It is possible for your account to have negative Crystal Credits after an order is refunded.
