If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can start an inquiry for a refund within 14 days of the day you receive your item(s). To inquire about an exchange, the item must be unworn and unused with tags still on(with the exception of personalized/custom pieces) within 30 days of the day your items are received. Please note: the customer is responsible for shipping and return shipping.
Returns and Exchanges will not be processed during a sale. If your 30 or 14 days of exchange or return deadline falls within a sale period, you will be given a grace period, and the deadline will be extended past the sale. Sale prices do not apply to past purchases.
If there is a sizing issue with the piece that you have ordered, we will be happy to exchange your piece for a different size within 30-days of the order date. If an item you receive is defective, please contact us.
Any return or exchange postage fee must be covered by the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, if you've qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund total.
Custom pieces (such as resized bracelets, stamped charms etc.), gift cards, earrings, crystals, bath products, Midnight Paloma, dried florals and face masks are final sale. Items bought from the sale section are final sale.
Due to the dainty nature of our jewelry, pieces are not immune to breakage. However, every situation is different. Chains are dainty and can break if handled roughly, we are not responsible for chain breakage that is not deemed defective. Dainty rings are also delicate and not immune to warping a little or changing form slightly. Pieces that qualify for a replacement will need to be sent back to our Streetsville location (the customer is responsible for shipping fees). Please forward all questions regarding damages firstname.lastname@example.org. We ask that you please attach a photo of the broken or damaged item to this email, as well as your order number.
Prior to an order leaving our facility, it is quality checked by three staff members; once when the item is received, once when the item is pulled for the order, and one last time as it is securely packaged to ship. With this process we can ensure that no item leaves our hands unless it's exactly as it should be.
