You can place your order online and select “curbside pickup” during checkout. Once your order has been processed and is ready for pickup you will receive a confirmation email.
Please wait until you receive your order confirmation email to pickup your order. All online orders placed for pick up will be available at our Streetsville Store, 228 Queen St. S, Mississauga, Ontario.
Pick ups will be processed in 1-4 business days. When you arrive at the store to collect your order, please provide the name on the order and the order number. Please contact email@example.com or call 905 858 5500 with any questions.
We will keep your order with us for as long as you need to come pick it up. Your order will not be cancelled if you should choose to take an extra amount of time to come pick it up.
Free Shipping is offered on orders above $100 pre tax for Canadian orders and $150 pre tax for orders in the United States. This does not apply to refunded items or exchanges, see Returns & Exchanges. International shipping is offered, please see options at checkout.
The typical lead time for processing online orders for shipping is 3-4 business days. During sales, please allow up to five business days for your order to be processed. Orders are not packaged on Saturdays + Sundays as our office in Mississauga, Ontario is closed.
If you receive a delivery notification but your package hasn’t arrived at your door, don’t worry, oftentimes the package will show up within the next 24 hours. In the event that the package still isn’t received, file a claim with Canada Post here: https://www.canadapost.ca/web/en/kb/details.page?article=item_not_delivered&cattype=kb&cat=receiving&subcat=maildelivery
Please note, this can take up to 10 days to resolve. If you have trouble, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help to file a claim with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost parcels in the event that an incorrect shipping address was entered.
