In an effort toreduce the spread of COVID-19, orders are currently picked up by Canada Post twice weekly.
The typical lead time for processing online orders for shipping is one to two business days. During sales, please allow up to five business days for your order to be processed. Orders are not packaged on Sundays + Mondays as our office in Mississauga, Ontario is closed.
If you receive a delivery notification but your package hasn’t arrived at your door, don’t worry, oftentimes the package will show up within the next 24 hours. In the event that the package still isn’t received, file a claim with Canada Post here:https://www.canadapost.ca/web/en/kb/details.page?article=item_not_delivered&cattype=kb&cat=receiving&subcat=maildeliveryPlease note, this can take up to 10 days to resolve.
